Beyond the Beach.
Beyond Hollywood.
Enchanted Isle is steps from the beach, so go ahead and spend some time on the sand.
But not too much time, because there's so much to explore beyhond the coast .
Hollywood Beach Broadwalk
Stretching over 2.5 miles, the broadwalk (note the spelling if you want local cred) offers a scenic seaside promenade lined with cafes, shops, and palm trees. Ideal for walking, biking, or rollerblading, it’s a vibrant spot to enjoy ocean views and people-watching.

Downtown Hollywood
Walkable downtown Hollywood boasts an artsy, small-town vibe with a nod to its subtropical location — think taco joints, wine bars, vintage shops, art murals, and live music spots nestled along charming brick-lined streets. In other words, perfect for a casual afternoon or laid-back night out.

Gulfstream Park
Even if you're not a gambler, there's a distinct thrill to watching live horse racing, which Gulfstream, in nearby Hallandale, features throughout the year. Indoors, the casino offers the usual mix of slots and electronic table games. But don't sleep on the shopping and dining options. In addition to Brazilian and Israeli steakhouses, there's Ten Palms and its spectacular Saturday buffet.

Yellow Green Farmers Market
Yellow has four things going for it: 1. Unlike most farmers markets, it's open Saturday and Sunday; 2. It's indoors; 3. It's vast, with more than 300 vendors selling fresh produce, artisanal goods, and international cuisine; 4. It's just 5 miles from Enchanted Isle, making it easy to stock up on supplies for in-unit cooked meals.

Museum of Discovery and Science
Rainy day, meet your nemesis. The interactive exhibits cover science, nature, and technology, and will entertain even the most cynical kids (and their parents) for hours. There's also an IMAX theater. The museum is in Fort Lauderdale, a 25-minute drive from the resort.

Everglades National Park
Think national parks, and your mind drifts to Utah and Montana, but Florida? Yes, Florida. About an hour away from Enchanted Isle, Everglades National Park offers a unique glimpse into one of the world's most diverse ecosystems, including endangered species like the Florida panther and the West Indian manatee. Go for a hike and be sure to take an airboat tour.

ArtsPark at Young Circle
Hollywood has got it going on. For evidence, look no further than this 10-acre park, which hosts live music, art installations, and family-friendly events. Throw in some playgrounds and interactive fountains, and you've got a cultural hub for all ages.

Circuit Rides
Even if you have your car with you, Circuit is the easy, affordable way to get around Hollywood Beach and downtown. Just download the app, request a ride, and hop in to one of the electric, open-air shuttles that look like oversized golf carts. A great way to explore without worrying about parking.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino
Ditch Gulfstream's horse racing, amp up its casino and dining (Korean, Japanese, steakhouse, Italian, and a caviar lounge for all the heavy hitters who win big), add some A-list concerts and stand-up shows, and you have Seminole, right in Hollywood. Shaped like a guitar, the hotel features a nightly LED light show, with beams projected 20,000 feet into the sky.

Topeekeegee Yugnee Park
Grab some picnic items at Yellow Green, then head over to nearby Topeekeegee, a 138-acre park that features fishing spots, biking trails, and tennis and volleyball courts, in addition to picnic areas. The best part? Two water playgrounds (with slides) and a swim lagoon — perfect for beating the Florida heat.

Aventura Mall
Aventura Mall is a beast, with over 300 retailers, including the holy luxury triumvirate of Hermès, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton, as well as discount stores like Zara and H&M. There's also a world-class art collection and a dizzying array of dining options, including Florida's first Eataly, which opened in spring 2025.

Miami
The good news: Miami is only 20 miles away from the resort. The challenge: The city's hit list is so big, you might need to visit twice. A few musts, especially if you're a newbie: South Beach's iconic Art Deco District and Lincoln Road's pedestrian mall, Wynwood's colorful street art, and Little Havana's Calle Ocho. South of downtown, take a stroll along Coconut Grove's Grand Avenue.
